Cooking tips - Cauliflower, cabbage, biiter guard, brinjal

  • To keep cauliflower white while cooking add a little milk to the water.
  • 2 tea spoons of milk while cooking to avoid this smell.
  • To take off chedu (bitter) taste of bitter gurad while cooking add 1 tsp of sugar to garvy.
  • In order to prevent chopped brinjals from getting discolored, put them in a bowl of water and add 1 tea spoon salt.
