HOW TO GET RID OF  DARK KNEES AND ELBOWS?
  1. Mix Bengal gram flour (senagapindi) and lemon juice. Apply this paste on elbows and knees to get rid of darkness.
  2. Oranges - 1 spoon orange skin powder with curd and Bengal gram flour. Apply this mixture on face and wash after it becomes dry. Repeat it once in a week for better results.
  3. Rub with limejuice, leave for10-15 minutes. Soak a towel in hot water and scrub firmly.
  4. Mix 1 tspn coconut oil with ½ a tspn of lime juice. Apply and wash in the same way with a hot towel.
