Here are few tips for pregnant ladies.
  1. Don't use too hot ot cold water for shower.
  2. Don't wear tight clothes. Wear loose dresses.
  3. Avoid heels.
  4. Try to avoid long journeys.
  5. Avoid spicy food, masalas, smoking and alcohol.
  6. Take leafy vegetables in diet everyday to avoid constipation during pregnancy.
